Oceania at te papa museum, wellington

This space will enable us to have all our business partners in the one space. With views and natural light, Oceania overlooks the Wellington harbour and Waitangi Park.

You can pack in from Sunday 25 May at 11:00am. The new principals will be having lunch at 12.30pm - 1.30pm. We appreciate this doesn’t give you much time to set up, but only a handful of delegates will attend this lunch (approx 40-50) on Sunday. Delegates will be trailing in from the afternoon to get their passports stamped, and will be coming in for the closing of registration and Pōwhiri at 5pm - followed by Welcome Drinks. You are invited to all the social occasions to maximise your time with the delegates.

Exhibition Hire for partitions and setup
We will be working with Exhibition Hire for our business partner space setup. The partitions will be setup with tressle tables which you can have removed if you wish.

Measurements for your booth’s are: 3.0m back wall x 1.8m side walls x 2.3m high booth. GOLD partners, will have double size.

We will be supplying the following:

● Velcro receptive shellscheme at 2.3m high (Coal)

● 10 AMP Power Supply incl 4-Way Multibox

● 2 x Spotlights

When applying your own graphics/signage/promotional material etc to the infill walling, please use ONLY the following products:

● Staples ● Pins ● Velcro (Hooks) ● Small household picture hooks

Set Up / Pack Down
Set up may occur from Sunday 25 May 2025 11:00am. Pack down is to occur on Wednesday after 9:00am. Business Partner draws are at 11.30am on Wednesday 28 May 2025 morning.
